Seeded Cookies

Combine organic linseed, sesame seeds, pumpkin seeds, oats, nut butter, agave syrup, and a touch of cinnamon. Form the dough into small rounds, bake until golden brown, and let them cool. These wholesome seeded cookies offer a delightful blend of textures and flavours, packed with protein, fibre, and essential nutrients. Ideal for a nutritious snack, or a post-workout treat.

Sweet Black Rice Pudding

In a saucepan, combine washed wild rice, coconut milk, sweetener and a pinch of salt. Bring it to a gentle boil. Reduce the heat to low, cover the saucepan, and let it simmer for approximately 40-45 minutes, or until the rice is tender and the mixture has thickened, stirring occasionally. Once the rice is cooked, remove the saucepan from heat, stir in 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract and top with your favourite dried fruits.

Stir-Fry with Asian-Inspired Sauce

Prepare the organic fusilli and set aside. In a wok or large skillet, stir-fry a mix of colourful vegetables such as bell peppers, snap peas, and carrots in sesame oil until tender-crisp. Add the cooked fusilli to the wok and pour in a homemade sauce made from tamari soy sauce, ginger, garlic, and a touch of agave syrup. Toss everything together until the sauce coats the fusilli and vegetables. This fusion dish offers a delightful twist on traditional stir-fry and is equally delicious.
