Chickpea and Sweet Potato Buddha Bowl

Lemon-infused Olive Oil


It only takes two simple ingredients to make this tasty oil - Extra Virgin Olive Oil and lemons. Warm the Extra Virgin Olive Oil in a small saucepan with the lemon peels to steep the flavour of the peels into the oils for a couple of minutes.
