Pesto and Cherry Tomatoes

Cook the organic fusilli. In a separate pan, sauté cherry tomatoes with olive oil and garlic until they soften. Toss the cooked fusilli with pesto sauce. Mix in the sautéed cherry tomatoes and top with a sprinkle of plant-based parmesan cheese. This classic Italian dish is simple, delicious, and perfect for a quick weeknight meal.

Lemon-Herb Vinaigrette Salad

Boil the organic fusilli until al dente, then rinse with cold water and drain. In a large bowl, combine the cooked fusilli with diced cucumber, cherry tomatoes, red onion, and homemade tofu feta cheese.
