Coat tofu steaks in a mixture of crushed organic salted pistachios, breadcrumbs, and a blend of herbs and spices. Chilli roasted Pistachios


Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F). In a mixing bowl, toss 2 cups of shelled pistachios with 1 tablespoon olive oil, 1 teaspoon chilli powder, 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika, and a pinch of salt.
